Since gyms have been closed due to the coronavirus I have been having my PT sessions via Zoom which are working really well, getting me out of bed in the morning and keeping me motivated. James is so lovely that he has even been providing free group classes via Zoom, twice a week, for his clients while we are on lock down! If you want an excellent PT then I thoroughly recommend James.

I have known James for a few years now from being involved in Mytime and I have to say he is a very lovely person. He gives you so much inspiration and always has time for you. Unfortunately due to ill health I'm not able to do a lot of physical activities but he his helping me personally by having a weigh in every week. I have been attending James’s classes on a Saturday morning over the last few months. (Prior to coronavirus and social distancing of course!) His attention to detail, patience and knowledge is second to none.
